A quick, no equipment-needed workout to get your heart and muscles pumping!
Hi there! Today’s workout is all about convenience. It’s a short and sweet routine you can do at home to get your sweat on without any equipment. There’s a little cardio and a little strength, making it the perfect combination to tone your muscles!
All you need is yourself, a mat, a timer and 20 minutes to get some serious work done!
This workout is a go-to for when I’m short on time, but still want to get some type of physical activity in. It’s fast, but definitely effective! And I’m all about a workout that can get me sweating and my muscles burning in no time.
This was the first time my mom has helped me shoot a workout and it was quite the ordeal. Needless to say, we had to re-shoot the whole thing because she wasn’t paying attention to the photos… 🙄 lol
No, I’m very thankful for everybody that helps me with the blog, from photoshooting to recipe testing, I wouldn’t be able to make this thing a reality without them, so thank you 🙂 you know who you are.
It was also the first time I’ve shot outside (along with the 45-Minute Outside HIIT Workout), and I’m sure our neighbors thought we were weirdos. Oh well, you gotta do what you gotta do. 🤷🏽♀️
As summer fades, I’m trying to get in as much outdoors time as possible. Which is why I’ve tried to provide you guys with more outside workouts! If there’s one thing I have been loving this summer, it’s exercising outside. There’s just something about it that makes you feel good.
I recently went on a long weekend trip to my boyfriend’s grandparents cabin in Minnesota and I did this workout one of the days. I turned up the tunes, took in the views and sweat it out for half an hour. It was so refreshing!
Nick has a strict no-workout on vacation rule, but I don’t believe in that. It helps set the tone for the day, plus it’s fun to get outside and do something out of your normal routine. ☺
Que the 20-Minute At Home (or anywhere) Sculpt Workout.
This ones perfect for when you’re limited on equipment and space because all you really need is yourself!
You can do it indoors or outside, whatever nature allows!
It’s pretty simple, all you do is perform each move for 30 seconds, with no rest in-between moves. Once you complete the 20 exercises, you’ll rest for 1 minute and then you’ll repeat it all again.
As always, take a break when you need it.
You ready?! Lesss do it!!
