Summer is upon us (well, almost) and it’s time to divulge in sweet and savory salads!! I’ve rounded up all my favorites, so you can find the best of the best here.
These recipes are perfect for lunch or dinner and their packed with good-for-you ingredients. Trust me when I say, you’ll find one (or many!) that will have you falling head over heels!
Ever since I was diagnosed with Celiac’s disease, I haven’t been keen on salads. Not because of the taste or ingredients, but because it was my only option for a while (or at least it seemed that way). A person can only eat so much salad.
I’d go to a restaurant and ask what was gluten free and the waiter/ess would shrug and suggest a salad. I would eat in the school’s cafeteria and the only meal I could have was from the salad bar. It kind of sucked.
It’s so different nowadays. When I find a salad that makes me swoon, I’m adding it to my meal plan for the week.
